Web Relese 4.0.0

  • Major Release:
    • Station Users will now be able to log into the web portal to manage aspects of the station’s Smarthub System.
    • Previous Station Administrator usernames are no longer valid. All logins are now an email address. Please email support if you are an admin that can’t log into the account.
    • By default, previously recorded station admin emails will carry over as the new station admin.
    • Feel free to assign members to station roles. Call or email our team if there are questions. Only station admins can assign other station admins.
    • Previous App permissions will remain the same.
    • New Station Selector function for members within different stations, that user may and can have different administrative roles per station.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with an member import and a duplicate user in the csv file.
  • Added pagination to the previous incidents for the App. App update soon to follow.
  • Removed the use of the non-json database column. This fixes a bug that bad characters would make a station’s news list not appear for the station admin.
  • Database updates and column type updates
  • Fixed a bug that a station member could not be deleted if they were previously listed as a Vendor’s admin/contact.
  • Web users couldn’t log out when on the Incident Type Management page, this was corrected.
  • A bug was fixed when adding ranks that were allowed to have Special Hazard permissions.
  • Squashed a bug where updating the New Member Widget wasn’t behaving properly.
  • Fixed a bug in the web portal when editing an event, the user couldn’t click on the attachment to view.
  • Corrected an issue with the News Widget where all the information wasn’t being shown, it was ending early in the scrolling. Now it scrolls all of it.

  • Station member list got a facelift.

  • Users within multiple branches are now directed to the correct information when clicking on the notification. Users will be in the correct dashboard when viewing incident details.

Web Features:

  • Now with the ability to have Multiple Information Widgets, we are introducing an inline “What You See is What You Get” editor.
    • Make Tables, lists, Colors, and Fonts.
    • It is a work in progress, but it is intuitive to get started with.
    • In-line pictures can be used now in the editor.
  • The Informational Widgets now display the new editing.
  • Feature work for Matched Station Units for the Incident Detail in the app.
  • The CAD Subscription page received a face lift to make it more interactive and flow better.
  • Feature work for En Route Users to clear themselves from En Route and the station’s display.

App Features:

  • Incident Details now highlight in Red the units that belong to the user’s station in the unit list making it easier to identify assignment order.
  • The app now has an editor that allows for editing tables, lists, colors and fonts.
  • You can now select which Informational Widget the information will display in on the station displays.
  • Users can now select ‘Clear’ as an option for when they went En Route. This will also remove them from the station display.

Web & App Bug Fixes:

  • Corrected the Theme 2 styling some and matching fonts.
  • Corrected the incident details in the WEB to show all the alerted CAD groups properly now.
  • Corrected an issue with users not being able to go En Route after an incident has been updated.
  • Ongoing basic housekeeping and project cleanup.
