- Users will now have to use their email address to log into the app. Users can have the same email address used between different stations still.
- Updated the password reset function for users and improved the app experience.
- Removed the app users ability to change their username.
- Removed the user’s last name from the dashboard. Really long names were throwing off the formatting. And besides, you know who you are.
Bug Fixes
- Corrected an issue where users were creating Station News, but the app was not allowing a widget to be selected.
Web Release 3.9.0
New Features
- The user password experience received a much needed face lift where security was improved, along with how a station administrator can reset a user’s password or send their enrollment email.
- Users are now prompted with a time-sensitive email and web session that will allow them to reset their password instead of a new password being sent to them.
- All users MUST require an email for registration.
- Last Incident Widget now has an option to show the remarks or not. Some jurisdictions need remarks NOT to show.
- Stations who belong to a
Parent Stationwill show theirParent Stationon the dashboard. - The Weather API has been updated, and now even more information can be shared on the station display. The
AQIor Air Quality Index, is now shown on each theme statically.- 0-50 = Good (GREEN)
- 51-100 = Moderate (YELLOW)
- 101-150 = Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups (ORANGE)
- 151-200 = Unhealthy (RED)
- 201-300 = Very Unhealthy (PURPLE)
- 301-500 = Hazardous (MAROON)
- 501-1000 = Very Hazardous (BROWN/BLACK)
